Once Brandeis got bought by Younkers I spent once summer again working at the Brandeis store at Westroads converting it to Younkers (they closed it within the year because they didn't need 2 Younkers stores side by side, even though Dillards would do that in other markets)

It may have been lost in the conversation, but they're also separating out the old Younkers building into a separate parcel, which I'm assuming will be acquired by the new tenant (Dillards?)

Dillards JC Penny are the anchors? On the other hand good they are open, close to full have traffic Not sure if they count as anchors but there are large versions of Dick's Sporting Goods and Ross Dress for Less to go with Dillard's and Penny's If you look at Westroads, they are similiar with JCPenny's, Von Maur and Dick's
