For the higher end brands you've mentioned, I think Dillard's (at West Town Mall) will be your best bet There is a shoe store in Bearden, Coffin Shoes, 5925 Kingston Pike Knoxville, TN 37919, (865) 588-8309, that has been there forever and ever They used to be "the" place for shoes I can't recommend or not b c I haven't been there in years but it is a locally owned business Good luck!
