The way it is composed really strikes me as resembling Toby's other Undertale Deltarune major leitmotifs like Lost Girl, His Theme, Fallen Down etc at their most stripped down I wouldn't be surprised if it is someone something's theme at least and Kris seems a pretty likely candidate I think it is always the first song they play?
