DarkEnd is heavily overrated imo It tries way too hard to be like Souls in a game that just isn't Souls and wears it on its sleeve like it's an achievement Souls gives you an objective to work towards with general directions and DarkEnd doesn't give you anything

Level design: The world-space added by Darkend is simply incredibly good looking and the attention to detail is insane It's miles ahead of anything you'll find in vanilla Skyrim Atmosphere: Even tho most sounds are taken from vanilla Skyrim they're used really well, it keeps you tense and intrigued by what's going on While exploring you'll sometimes hear breathing sounds and trying to find

So fast forward to now and see that's no longer the case and Darkend was removed, which brings me to my question as to why it was Was there a problem in the port? Do the permits where faulty so it was taken down? The mod author asked for the removal? What happened to Darkend?
