I have a CAC reader at home I used to be able to log onto NSIPS, but now i cant I think a windows update messed something up Ive tried chrome, edge, and explorer All have similar messages of "website is unsafe cant continue cert err" and there is no button to bypass it Anyone know how I can fix this? Ive tried disabling firewall and that didnt work

Is NSIPS Only Accessible by NVD Now? For at least a month I cannot access NSIPS from a regular browser, I get the "Your connection is not private" error with no option to proceed, on any browser

Adobe acrobat doesn't work, when I download the form from NSIPS on chrome and try to convert to a PDF file, the file on acrobat just says ACCESS DENIED in big red letters I've disabled the Protected Mode at startup too, didnt work I've installed the Adobe Acrobat chrome extension, same problems

The one in my OMPF and NSIPS is way out of date for some reason and I need an updated one ASAP for travel advances I believe I digitally signed and re-uploaded the 1070 60 to be approved but it is still not done
