A clogged DPF on the 6 7 usually comes down to regen issues or a ton of soot buildup, so getting it professionally baked or chemically soaked is the safest bet Pressure washing can work, but one wrong move and you crack the substrate, so it’s really a last-resort thing

The way regenerations work is that the truck elevates the DPF temperature until it reaches the soot destruction temperature and then holds that for a specific duration--usually until the temperature on the bed outlet reaches the inlet temperature, and then it will begins the cooling cycle
