Anyone know much about how DPD works? I've always thought they're the best company but today had such an infuriating situation
- The parcel was refused by the recipient and returned to the sender
When the parcel arrives back it the depot, it could end up actually being returned to the sender with that status Even if the parcel is delivered tomorrow, the tracking records would still show it was supposedly refused and was to be returned to sender The people at DPD would eventually catch on to this driver's behaviour if it's so brazen

It is my first time sending with DPD I took the parcel to the drop off shop yesterday, and the tracking says 'Awaiting receipt of parcel'

Maybe a strange question however my parcels journey on the website tracker said at five this morning it had reached the local depot
- Which is the worst Courier Parcel home delivery service? (any good ones)
Does anyone have input as to which firms to avoid? Any good ones out there? As Amazon said they can change the courier if you refuse to accept them due to previous poor performance (DPD won't be delivering to me ever again) Is DPD a reincarnation subsidary of a rotten apple? Is White Arrow still in existence?

DPD once took a parcel I'd ordered to the wrong block of flats in my road (the person that lived where they went refused delivery of it) Instead of engaging their brains and realising they were at the wrong building they took it back to their depot
