I uninstalled Dot Net Framework 4 0, downloaded and installed Dot Net Framework 4 5 VOILA, the connector install proceeded without any errors and completely successfully!! Repeating this process on all client computers, the Windows Server Essentials 2012 Connector installed successfully on all of them Persistence to find a solution certainly paid off in this case

I use an AZERTY keyboard and while using Word it seemed to switch to QWERTY all of a sudden Perhaps I triggered a shortcut inadvertently but I can't imagine how Also, it only appears to be in Word that the change has occurred In other applications it's still AZERTY My OS is Windows 7 and the Word version is 2007 (Home and Student) Can anyone help?
