They cant fix the current problem with the software of phone which was blocked by At T It took a while for them to reach to me but I think thats equal compensation I am currently using my old unlocked iphone 7 for phone purposes and my s20 note for rest of my use (emails other accounts etc) I wasnt expecting this but anything can happen

Found the firmware on samfrew com, downloading the most recent pre-4 1 update with build date end of Jan 2022 (last 4 0 security update before 4 1) This site is very slow for the free download, and current estimate is 11 hours I'll let you know tomorrow if it fixes the problem 0 1
