Recap of the Situation So I have had two DSL lines at my house - 1 dry loop DSL and one DSL line associated with my land line I live in a rural area and have had ATT T phone and DSL for 10 + year

They cant fix the current problem with the software of phone which was blocked by At T It took a while for them to reach to me but I think thats equal compensation I am currently using my old unlocked iphone 7 for phone purposes and my s20 note for rest of my use (emails other accounts etc) I wasnt expecting this but anything can happen

Monday 4-26 I went to an AT T store to take advantage of a promotion I was getting a s21 5G and according to the website I could trade in my s10+ and get a $800 credit towards a s21 When I asked about the guy said that wasn't current They gave me just $649 99 for my old phone I paid the difference of $198 so my bill wouldn't change
