The lady said they can give me any information about the current usage, I call them when the bill is coming out and then I’m able to arrange it if needed Unfortunately, my phone didn’t work for two other days, so I made two other calls when I asked the same questions of the billing issue

If you are not a current customer run,,,,stay away from this horrible company and service If you have service get out as soon as possible From what I have read and what a retention rep told me this is happening to a lot of customers AT T doesn't care and if you actually get a manager or supervisor they are rude
