From what I understand the S21+ Android 13 One UI 5 update has been out for a few days now and I still have not received the update My phone is an AT amp;T branded model Should I be worried that

The lady said they can give me any information about the current usage, I call them when the bill is coming out and then I’m able to arrange it if needed Unfortunately, my phone didn’t work for two other days, so I made two other calls when I asked the same questions of the billing issue

Monday 4-26 I went to an AT T store to take advantage of a promotion I was getting a s21 5G and according to the website I could trade in my s10+ and get a $800 credit towards a s21 When I asked about the guy said that wasn't current They gave me just $649 99 for my old phone I paid the difference of $198 so my bill wouldn't change
