Crestron has had a lot of firmware issues with their Home processors starting at 3 18, 3 19, and a few in 3 20 as well as with their TSR-310 They are getting things worked out slowly, but it has been a frustrating platform to work with and have to support lately

Crestron Home is an inferior product, with very limited customization I would only use crestron home in small projects that are very simplified Drivers are limited, and much more difficult to edit or customize Second biggest issue is Crestron cant seem to get back out of the supply chain hole they dug themselves
