It's an old thread, but still persist I'm struggling with something similar right now One thing that anyone should try EVER is did "one search>one go to ms rewards balance" a couple times to see if it aren't ever counting or it is some inconsistency and count 1 at, don't know, 3 to 30 times (thats my case with Edge in my main system now)
