Did you have the chunks with the portals already discovered? Because Better End changes the portal structure itself to accept the new eyes it adds that force you to go all over the place Use f3 to find the chunk region number then delete it in the save, it should Regen the portal to the new type

There are mods that allow you to add fabric mods to forge if you get Sinytra Connector and Forgified Fabric API you can download the fabric version of Better End and add it to your forge mods Although it's only for 1 20 1 so I don't know how to help if it has to be 1 19 2
