Yes, those emails will automatically get deleted from your Junk Mail folder after a specific amount of days, however, there is an option you can try here: Go to Junk Mail Options > Options tab Look for the checkbox which says, "Permanently delete suspected junk email instead of moving it to the Junk Email folder " check that one and see if Outlook deletes instead of moving into Junk Emails
