This file is in an area that is locked unless you have altered the Ownership\Permissions of the folders, but you should be able to get to DATA and check it's file size to see if it's the culprit

To make the matter worst, today I installed WinX DVD ripper again and landed up with the same situation Then after many try I didn't get my DVD drive back So as a last resort, I went back to restore point "2 Days old" But still couldn't see the drive back But once I ran "Windows auto update and got KB2267602 installed, the DVD started appearing in the drive
- my laptop wont find any programs nothing works, it says missing . . .
I also did a virus check and it said zero virus found Can i restore any other way withought loosing my files and if not, how can i restore back to factory when my cd-rom drive tries, but won't play, and when you plug a usb flash drive to laptop and says do you want to format?
