My CalTracs are for lowered cars an only have the one hole It is the same as the upper hole in your bracket Most cars I see at the strip run the top hole, in fact, I haven't seen any street cars using the bottom hole My CalTrac's work great and are easy to adjust You will have to play with the number of turns to get right pre-load

The front half of the "spring" isn't really much of a spring it is very thick, the rear half is where you will get your flex So, Yes you can run split monos on the street In your case I kind of wonder why you would need want them As far as that goes what makes you want need Caltracs? They are great products, but the intended use is drag racing
