I did a small CCI 400 vs BR4 test ( 223 w 75 ELDM) a couple of years ago Ten rounds with each primer, Terminus Apollo w Bartlein 1:7 barrel No discernible difference in accuracy or velocity

What is your opinion of CCI pistol match? I’m using a Ruger charger 22 with a 10 inch barrel it’s expensive but it seems to shoot so more consistent than anything else I’ve tried Anything cheaper and comparable in accuracy and reliability? Thanks for any input

I want to build a rifle that is dead quiet and reasonably accurate i think cci quiets are my best bet Im looking at the 457 american and the varmint MTR, which one of these rifles would be best for shooting low fps rounds like the quiets? The match precision MTR or the longer barreled

Cci 41 is Same cup thickness and priming mix at cci 450 As far as I’ve read the only difference is the cup to anvil distance to help prevent slam fires a little better I knew there was something that differentiated them from the CCI450 to prevent slam firing I thought it was cup thickness, my bad

Has anyone else noticed a significant difference in velocity when using different primers? I’m seeing 60-80 fps increase in velocity when using Federal 205M vs CCI BR4 or 450 My current 223 load shoots very accurately and consistently but now worried I may be pushing pressures 23 4 grains
