CAQH is only a central location for information When you are credentialed the insurance company will notify the credentialing coordinator listed in your CAQH or whatever authorized official on your application Also important is to recognize that your credential is affiliated with the tax id of the organization you are providing care through, if you work at multiple organizations or private

You should also have access to your caqh profile (a database insurers use to gather all of our licensure and practice information) If your group created a caqh for you they should allow you access to it as well as to any profiles they created for you If not maybe ask the insurers if you can create a new login under your individual credentials?
