Thank you for your reply Yes, that is the website I do have sound on other sites And I'm using Chrome I have tried powering down and restarting the PC with no improvement I have deleted the MSN app and reinstalled The other correction that I haven't tried is to uninstall Chrome and then reinstall I am not a computer guru by any means Your insight will be welcome
