- Why is my computer booting in EFI shell first instead of Windows?
I attempted to disable safe mode, a tech-guy suggested me some CMD commands to do it, and ever-since I ran them, the computer boots into EFI shell, then I have to type exit, then a menu pops up and I can choose to boot into windows (or EFI shell again) the safe mode is still enabled, I can boot in it from msconfig

This is what I did to verify the EFI partition, its looks like that the efi partition is at volume 1, while according to bcdedit enum, it's at Volume3, based on this partition=\Device\HarddiskVolume3 So is that the reason why my pc boots on grub instead of windows boot manager?
