If you get a locking rear end and are careful a 2wd will handle "most" ramp situations I have seen some 2wd owners carry a set of traction mats just in case It really depends on the ramp, how deep you need to launch and the surface conditions I know of some ramps that a 2wd is fine and some where a 4wd is required I have

Do a little searching on this forum, it's been argued and discussed over and over again Some people swear vaseline will fix it I never tried that I've had good luck with a 7 inch variable speed buffer and some compound BTW, where do you boat on Erie?

Re: HOW to remove old gas from internal gas tank the boat is out of the water and time get going on this project bummer- of course, the sending unit is someplace that is not easily accessible would hate to take off the helm so that being said, can i pull the fuel from the line that leaves the tank and hits the water fuel sep??

Ultimately the ground is the - terminal on the battery There may be a common ground within the outboard block for the outboard electric connections, and a common ground in in a terminal block under the dash for dash components, but they would both eventually feed back to the - battery terminal
