Hello all, Long time lurker here Like many of you, I was dealing with the Hyundai Blue Link connection issue, and after doing some digging, I found a solution for those of you who have the upgraded infotainment system I have a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy, and this worked like a charm

Bluelink themselves never came back with any other help or suggestion If you call Howards Dorchester dealership and ask for their IT guy he might give you the right name to pass on to your dealership when you hand the car in Otherwise I have no idea how you may get the issue resolved
