It appears that this only applies when you have been using the cloud-based Project Studio within Bluebeam If you have been saving it (and uploading it) you open Studio and the project, then right-click on the file name (under Studio Project - NOT under the standard 'File' pull-down) and you'll see "Revision History" towards the bottom

Easiest fix that I have found is to print to file Do your markups, then do the typical print command When the print screen comes up, select Bluebeam PDF Follow the prompts to save the file where you want it File is flattened and cannot be unflattened

I am still hopeful for a better permit software-with or without bluebeam We are just adding in the electronic review option and are working out a lot bugs, it can be a bit clunky at times Not sure if the integrated program within projectdox would be any better One thing I have found is that bluebeam training is tough to come by

Bluebeam studio is integrated into our permitting system Accela When Bluebeam studio isnt available we are unable to pass drawings for review approval back and forth We did not rely on bluebeam as a document management system, which is the good thing So we are able to manually download and open files with bluebeam locally; i e not using studio
