Better Buzz Coffee I have been getting Better Buzz lattes for a couple months now I just recently had it for two days and a row and ended up feeling terrible after the second day I am unsure if it is from the Better Buzz because as far as i’m concerned, their coffee is gluten free and they don’t use malt

Opinion: The buzz from tea is way better than the buzz from coffee, energy drinks or any other caffeinated beverages Tea does not make you jittery, anxious or make your heart race the way coffee or energy drinks do I guess the other compounds like l-theanine and catechins provide the alert but relaxed feeling that tea provides
