In the end I learned if you're using Curseforge for modded, try to "Repair Installation" which is located in the three little dots on the top right corner of your "My Modpacks" menu

Solution is easy: find the exact location of the modpack file, then zip it, create a page on curseforge for it, upload the zip, wait for approval, the send the link to your friends and play (Tip at the end, be sure to remove mods like OptiFine etc -mods not native to curseforge
