However, will be fishing beads on the Upper Kenai Sept 18-30 I suspect that the 9-10' tapered leaders may have been a bit short last year I would like to use a slightly longer leader this year and need to know the best way to add tippet to the leader to increase the overall length a few feet Curious what type of knot folks use to do this

I have caught fish in the spring on everything from nymphs to streamers to beads and even flesh flies I caught several fish in one small area on the upper Kenai a couple of years ago on opening day on a flesh fly
