You must have a BOLE Account to access the Applicant Services Portal Existing Accounts: If you submitted either an electronic application to sit for the New York bar examination or an Online Request for Foreign Evaluation after 2008, you already have a BOLE Account

Applicants for Admission by Examination must satisfy the eligibility requirements of Court of Appeals Rule 520 3, 520 4, 520 5, 520 6 or 520 17 and take and pass the UBE, NYLE and MPRE (See the Bar Exam Eligibility section of the BOLE website)

Bar Examination Test Sites JULY 2025 BAR EXAMINATION TEST SITES The July 29-30, 2025 New York State Bar Examination will be administered in-person at the General Population test sites located below Candidates who are awarded non-standard test accommodations will be notified of their test center location in their accommodations determination letter In accordance with Board Rule 6000 8

In April 2019, the Board launched the latest version of the NYLC To access the NYLC applicants must create an account by clicking on BOLE ACCOUNT on the menu located on the left Applicants will be required to view recorded lectures on 12 subjects covered by the NYLC and NYLE
