BCAA 5000 is a 2:1:1 of the branch chain aminos - which is a pretty textbook standard dosing of the BCAA's It's a decent choice if you are going with bulk BCAA's - however do realize that BCAA's taste pretty horrible, and this won't have any flavoring I remember ON saying something about a tasteless BCAA, but I don't remember the specifics

Hey guys! I recently finished a can of C4 and am looking for another supplement for my workouts I'm not a big fan of caffine so I'd like to go the stim-free route but am not opposed to caffeinated supplements I was told to try out BCAAs because they'll give me a boost in the gym and help me recover better, but I've also heard they're a waste
