If the rear atmos speakers are directly above the MLP, then why do you need angled speakers? Regarding the current atmos speaker placement, you could assign the front ceiling speakers as front heights (this will expand the front sound stage vertically, but won't carry atmos effects) and the rear ceiling speakers as top middle (for atmos effects)

I got it outputting Atmos to the receiver, then I plugged a Behringer 18-channel preamp into each speaker output and record that as a single 16-channel WAV file on my PC using Reaper You need to reset your calibration though or volumes will be wonky
