Atera emerged as the clear winner during our MSP demos It boasts a clear interface, efficient workflow, a well-designed customer portal, and a configurable ticketing system The integration of RMM and tickets works seamlessly, There is proper documentation of all the features and Atera was the company that was most transparent regarding pricing

A customer has gone under and told the employees to keep their laptops Is there a way to remove the agent from these pc's which are now the personal property of a bunch of strangers without visiting them? They keep showing up in the unassigned customer folder The check box for uninstalling is unavailable in the software inventory
