Hello fellow workers Our hospital lab has received preliminary offers for biochemistry and immunochemistry analyzers Our finalists are: Beckman coulter 2x DxC 700 AU for biochemistry and 2x DxI 800 for immunochemistry, all inline with DxA 5000 fit preanalytical module Other finalist is Siemens atellica 2x integrated bio and immuno analyzers They are both approx same price, so we might have

However with Atellica it breaks down or requires troubleshooting more often than normal for a chemistry analyzer The IM is not stable with automation and reagent stability seems to be an issue I know it mixes the regents on its own but it needs to do it more often because it often requires calibration and manual mixing
