When I open a PDF File, the name of the file is usually the name that shows in the window up on the LHS of the screen But yesterday I opened a file and the name that showed was a different one Does anyone know why and how I can change it or why this happened?

If I double click to open the file from an email, it crashes and then I can't open a pdf file even if it is saved to a directory! I have to open the task manager, close all background processes (acrobat collaboration synchronizer, acrobat licensing service and acrobat files) and the open it from the directory Can anyone help?
