Finally figured it all out If the original short was uploaded from a desktop, there's no way to change the thumbnail, not even using the mobile app However, when I uploaded everything from my mobile, YouTube at last provided me the option to choose a frame 😭 I've embedded my designed thumbnail as the first frame of the video So, even though YouTube Shorts doesn't offer a custom

Hi, I’m trying to upload a YouTube short, on desktop, it is a 9:16 video and I even used the same premiere file and settings as previously uploaded YouTube shorts, less than a minute, etc is there other reasons why my video doesn’t upload as a short but as a regular video with black screen on the sides of the vertical upload?
