Hi, i had already refunded a customer a month ago as i refused to print a fraudelant driving licence, i sent him a message at the same time the customer has now raised an A-Z claim on me i dont understand how when a refunded has already been done and sent?

How A-Z Claims Are Handled now As many of you know, Amazon has recently changed the way how A-Z Guarantee Claims are being processed on their site Unlike in the past, where sellers had three whole days (72 hours) to represent their case regardless

It is probably because the item was delivered late which is why the appeal was denied The A-Z policy does state it covers the timely delivery of items Therefore if the item is late the more likely the customer is to be granted an A-Z With Amazon there is no leeway for delivery delays even during holiday periods

The means then, that if a buyer opens a fraudulent A-Z claim which is then denied by Amazon, this only serves to guarantee they can return whatever they like and receive a full refund as the seller isn't able to open a Safe-T claim Buyers that open A-Z claims which are denied, should not be protected indefinitely from Safe-T claims
