Yes that seems to be it exactly I googled the address and it's a shady looking website with a shipping service in Delaware Ridiculous that @reverbofficial is letting sellers get ripped off like this

Agreed I never ship until payment clears, but I don't think Reverb issues payment to the seller until after shipment I've used Reverb successfully for many years and had 5 successful sales transactions in the past few months with no issues Last year I needed customer service for a few refund questions and the live person chatting with me was super helpful I'm hoping the OP's issue gets

Update: An actual person from Reverb reached out and let me know they refunded the buyer because the buyer had filed a claim dispute with Paypal They verified I would not be charged as I had purchased the seller protection Obviously I'm happy that I'm not going to get dinged on this, but
