I have come upon a quantity of Fiocchi brass huls, 12, 16, 20 and 410 The 12's and 16's require an Alcan G57F primer, the 20's and 410's are Berdan I understand thet Berdan primers are available, somewhat, but what do you use as a replacement for the G57F's? It is my understanding that a 209 primer is too small (diameter) to be retained in the hull, anyone have any ideas? I would like to

Still have a few boxes of these left along with some Alcan primers They've always worked fine Got them along with 1k of Winchester large pistol rounded dome primers in the old yellow and red boxes Still had the cupped primer seating inserts for my 1969 Rockchucker, so seating them was no problem Old stuff still works if it's been stored

Look for original Alcan big yellow boxes The 11g wads are stamped “11 Gage” or can also be stamped “special size for all metal shells” in red ink They are the Felton wax ring wads, and work wonderfully in the shells traditionally loaded BD4CDFB3-3C62-48E6-A38C-7C76A9CE500F jpg They come up all the time on eBay
