FedLoan transfered your loans to Aidvantage since they got out of the Student Loan game at the end of last year Late January is when people who had accounts with FedLoan were finally able to access their Advantage accounts I had to request my refund again from Aidvantage as my request with FedLoan didn't transfer with my account

Aidvantage rep said it takes 24-72 hours for the refund request to be approved by managers because it was for more than $10,000 Rep said refunds under $10k are hitting bank accounts in 4-6 weeks, and refunds over $10k are taking 6-8 weeks or longer

I previously posted how my AidVantage loans went to zero, about 6-7 days ago, in the attached thread The next day they went to zero balance and an adjustment showed on my account for the amount I assumed to be my refund Yesterday my studentaid gov balances all went to zero Last night I emailed AidVantage and asked them if that adjustment was my refund and how long it would take to process
