FedLoan transfered your loans to Aidvantage since they got out of the Student Loan game at the end of last year Late January is when people who had accounts with FedLoan were finally able to access their Advantage accounts I had to request my refund again from Aidvantage as my request with FedLoan didn't transfer with my account

They seem real enough, I’m just paranoid I was told my fedloan account got transferred there So I called, couldn’t do anything until I entered my ss So I havnt done anything yet Everything online brings up “advantage services” Except one link that goes to a 1 page letter describing who and what they are… I don’t like this

Password managers are pulling studentaid gov logins over aidvantage logins because of the url change (I think it is because of the url structure ending in the same thing) I only noticed because my username for studentaid ends with @gmail com while my aidvantage login doesn't

I previously posted how my AidVantage loans went to zero, about 6-7 days ago, in the attached thread The next day they went to zero balance and an adjustment showed on my account for the amount I assumed to be my refund Yesterday my studentaid gov balances all went to zero Last night I emailed AidVantage and asked them if that adjustment was my refund and how long it would take to process

You are correct :) - MOHELA is processing the PSLF forms But apparently they are so overwhelmed that Aidvantage is currently processing any paperwork related to consolidations For me it was a request to add two additional loans to my recent consolidation request Hope that helps!

How long will it take Aidvantage to make a decision on my IDR plan? I put in an application through studentaid com for an IDR plan Aidvantage says they received the application in September and they put a forbearance on my account I haven't heard anything else from them since
