@Alphaaaaaa I’m not certain of the rate, but I attended Caltech Up Close and one of the AOs there told me that “very few” students get deferred, I would guess the number is around 20 students total, maybe 1-2 get accepted but it may depend on other stuff To my knowledge Caltech doesn’t really set a hard “quota” of how many students
