I have recently shot a smaller buck and he is not nice enought to make a euro mount I cut the rack off and cut all of the skin, fur, membrane, etc off the skull cap I want to whiten the skull cap but im not sure how to go about it Does anyone have any suggestions on how what to use to whiten it?

If you boil the skull cap dump a fair amount of baking soda into the water, this will help absorb the fat from the remaining tissue and will help prevent the skull from yellowing I would use the peroxide perhaps boiling a second time, or just soak it in some afterwards
