first off, its not really possible to watch dubbed french movies outside of netflix because there arent other websites that stream live action dubs except for youtube you can torrent them but its seriously a pain in the ass i downloaded a french dubbed anna karénine and it took like 2 full days but, for original french movies : swatchseries, flixta cc, flixhq – try all three because one
