lack of support is appalling I ordered 2 Inspiron laptops in August After a month of delays and pushed back delivery dates I get notified the order has been cancelled I attempt to find out why and get routed into a circular pattern of attempting to chat about the order only to be directed back to the order status page that says 'cancelled'
