Maybe i am formatting something wrong, however, could someone PLEASE give me STEP BY STEP instructions on how to set up E-Mail in the “NEW” OUTLOOK for mail app for Verizon AOL e-mail? Please include steps from Generating a Password in AOL to Advanced Set-Up (including ongoing and outgoing protocols, server ports,etc )

Prior to this update, I went to "aol mail login", went to my aol acct and opened mail Now I can't get to aol mail by any route I've tried Not sure what you mean by "web side" I just get "can't open" or similar wording I've tried to switch it to outlook, as that seems to be the only route to aol mail now However, following the directions to do that immediately hits a dead end at the first

I found that logging into the Verizon AOL account using a web browser allowed me to create an app password for use with Outlook With the app Password and the settings from above I was able to add the account to outlook
