Two questions:- 1 I have only ever come across ANAF transformers fitted indoors Are they ever used outdoors, particularly if it is a high ambient temperature environment? 2 What is the approximate ratio in size difference between a ANAF and ONAN 8MVA transformer?

In case you're still working on this -- We use a "rule of thumb" of 5cfm per kVA of transformer, which is conservative, but helps account for issues that hinder the performance of the blower This would give you a value of 5000 cfm forced air ventilation You should place the intake and exhaust on opposite sides of the room, with intake low and exhaust high
