Canon iR4080 - Scan to e-mail End Code 801 and 899 01-08-2008, 10:26 PM Hi, I have a very strange issue that popped up with about 6 of our canon iR4080 Copiers About a month ago they all started having issues reaching the SMTP server to send a scanned document to email

I do not have access to the server to check permissions on the folder (I did see that "801" is a write permissions issue) But I can explore from the users workstation to the folders, and have tried making a new one touch with the same directory info (\\server\data 1st line entry, \office\scans\username 2nd line entry and her logon credentials

Scanning is not working with the server and throws error of #801 and throws error of check the server i have created a shared folder on one of the driver and gave permission to everyone for read and write but still its not getting scanned
