So, I pussied out on the topset, squat was fine up to the first topset that felt heavy, and the money set was just not there Bailed at 5 reps, then dropped to 80 kg did 8 reps, thought f*ck it, I’ll punish myself like Pwn does it, so took 10 – 15 breath got under the bar did 4, the 2 doubles took another 20 kg of the bar and continued That sucked but damn those quads are sore today

I’ve been doing almost only the “big 4” 6 if you count pull ups and rows too Combined with their variations for the past 1½ year I’ve been doing mostly reps between 3 - 10 reps for several years But damn if I’ve become stronger or bigger at all Right now I’m enjoying what I’m doing now I’ve been eyeballing Nutty’s program as well, that’s a pretty standard double

DL and OHP wednesday Monday squat 531 progression with a top PR set and bench 5 x 5 of 80% Friday bench 531 squat 5x5 Wednesday just 531 progression of DL and OHP Then I’ll do a circuit of assistance trying to keep my sessions to 45 minutes + warm up, trying to keep that under 10 minutes Ran 20 minutes the other day
