Actually Symantec Antivirus had deleted 4,5 transactional logs files due to virus Now scheduled daily backup completed with warning and log files are not truncating We are getting following event ids: 1) Event ID MSExchangeIS 9782 Exchange VSS Writer

Based on my research, this issue can occur by corrupted registry or system file I suggest you copy the following files on another Windows 7 machine which Offline Files service can start normally and import them to the problematic one
