Dear Fellow Carriers My office has not use ps form 3821 clearance receipt for over eight years However, with rrecs about to be implemented, I need every second I can get With that being, I don’t remember how to properly fill it out, so I would greatly appreciate your guy’s assistance

Since this is the regular’s Count then you should get the credit for the 3821 (clearance slip) for the five days you do work And since this is a count, would this not be the beginning of a new “year”? < blockquote> What happens during count is for the following year, not for what previously happened

I have run 3 calculators and on two of them for 12 PS form 3821's it gives me 12 minutes office time When I ran the first week I had six and it gave me 12 minutes What could be wrong when I do the whole two weeks and it credits them as one minute each The calculator I used for the first 2

Chwpakabra -- "i have attempted to fix them daily via highlighting and red inking the 4239, some of my corrections were made but each time i submit it to be fixed the PM takes off a 3821, my 4239’s show all 12 (the hand written ones) the printed for review copies PM only gave 4 total , now its down to 2 total with the last round of corrections WHICH form do i need to fill out to dispute

No offense to anybody but this getting credit for a satchel for rural carriers reminds me of the getting credit for a 3821 clearance slip in the old count method

blamethesub -- [ lost arrow key ] -- Before I got out, the arrow key became a "non-accountable" item as far as the 3821 ( Clearance slip ) was concerned during count ( possibly saving the USPS 2-minutes for one day if there were no other accountable items for the day ) -- Just lose an arrow key and discover how accountable a "non-accountable" key can be!
